Frequently asked questions

Velora Solutions was born because we saw a gap. Businesses were stuck choosing between bloated, expensive agencies or cheap, underwhelming results.

We offer a third way. We're small enough to care about every pixel, and experienced enough to guarantee high-end quality.

Our hunger is your advantage.

You go through a short quiz and pick a time. Then we call you to confirm the appointment.

You tell us what you do. We look at your online presence, share a few suggestions, and if you're interested, we offer a free demo of the site we think is the best fit.

We prepare your demo. That usually takes around 5 days, depending on how busy we are. Then we call you again to book a second meeting, where we walk through the demo and explain why we designed it the way we did.

If you don't like it, we can make a new one. If you don't like some parts, we change them. And if you decide you don't want a website at all, we part ways on good terms. No hard feelings.

A straightforward site is usually around two weeks. Bookings or extra pages take longer. We'll give you a real number on the call.

We offer sites with or without maintenance. If you don't want to pay monthly, you don't have to. It's entirely up to you.

Software updates.

We also get alerts on our side, so if something goes wrong, we know right away.

You can always call us if you think something is off. We're here.

Content updates, new pages, automations, that kind of thing. Those need developer time, so they can't come free with a small maintenance fee. If you want any of that, we can book a short call and talk it through.

The only taxes are for keeping the site up and running: hosting, server, data storage, and CDN. Out of those, only the ones that apply to your website.

Websites aren't just pretty, and they aren't only for selling to customers. A site can automate a ton of things: complex calculations, storing information, analysing it. Pretty much anything you can imagine. That can sound terribly complex and expensive.

So our goal is simple. First, prove ourselves through the demo and the conversations. Second, build the best product for you, whether it serves your clients, you, or your team. Third, keep it going. The site can always be updated and more can be added whenever you want.

No. We usually start with a deposit and the rest when we deliver. For bigger builds we can split it into stages.

Yes. We send a proper invoice for every payment.

The code, hosting, and infrastructure stay on our side. If you want it transferred to you, that's always possible, even without a maintenance contract. We'd schedule a call to go through how that works and which accounts would need to be set up.
