1. Who We Are
Velora Solutions ("we", "us", "our") is a web development studio registered in Bulgaria. We operate the website velorasolutions.eu and are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at tech@velorasolutions.eu or +359 897 438 742.
2. What Personal Data We Collect and Why
When you use our booking form we collect: your phone number (to call you and schedule your free consultation); your email address, which is optional (to send follow-up information); business context such as your industry, goals, current marketing channels, and approximate budget (to prepare a personalised proposal before our call); and your preferred consultation date and time slot (to schedule the meeting). We do not collect your name through the form. If we proceed to work together after the consultation we may collect additional information necessary to deliver our services.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR — processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are party, or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
4. How Long We Keep Your Data
Your contact and booking details are retained until your free consultation has taken place. If we agree to work together, your data is retained for the duration of our working relationship. When our engagement ends, your personal data is deleted promptly. You may also request deletion at any time — see Your Rights below.
5. Where Your Data Is Stored
Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany), operated by Vercel Inc. under a Data Processing Agreement. No personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA. Your quiz answers may also be temporarily stored in your browser's local storage (not a cookie) for up to 7 days to save your progress. This data never leaves your device unless you submit the form.
6. Analytics Cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our website. This service may use cookies and device identifiers to collect anonymised usage data, processed by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). If you decline cookies, Google Analytics operates in a restricted mode that does not identify you or track your visit. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.
7. Other Storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember your preferred colour theme (light or dark). This contains no personal information. We do not use advertising, social media, or any other tracking cookies.
8. Your Rights Under GDPR
As a data subject you have the right to: access a copy of the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure of your data; request restriction of processing; receive your data in a portable format; object to processing; and withdraw any consent you have given at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at tech@velorasolutions.eu. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Complaints
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) at www.cpdp.bg.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of our website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
